Delivery and Returns

Delivery
We strive to ship all orders placed before 2 p.m. the same day. Unless something stated different. If you place an order during the weekend or on holiday eves, your order will be dispatched until the next business day.  For all international deliveries we work with Aramex.

Once your order is received, prepared and dispatched, we will e-mail you, the traking details of your order. Should you find your parcel delayed, please double check the tracking details first. In some cases, your shipment may be held or already delivered. If you cannot locate your parcel, within 7 working days, please contact us.

We ship to a lot of locations on a DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) basis, which means that all relevant import taxes and duties will be included in the product price that you see on the website. If you order from a country which we can not deliver DDP, you will notice in your final checkout a different price than the price for the countries which we can deliver on a DDP.  We advise customers choose this shipping option since it will fasten the process of delivery.  However, if you have any doubts if your country or region qualifies for DDP services, do not hesitate to contact us.

For any country that is NOT eligible for DDP services, the shipping process is different. When your shipment is received in your country, it may be subjected  to Customs Duty and Tax.  The your customs office will  hold the parcel until all fees have been paid. If duties and taxes are not covered, it may result in your parcel being destroyed or returned to us. Custom duties and taxes are determined independently of Bambini Moda. We do not have any control over the charges that may occur. 

DDP (DELIVERY DUTY PAID) COUNTRIES
The following country list we ship on a DDP basis. We ship to a lot of locations on a DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) basis, which means that all relevant import taxes and duties will be included in the product price.

Within the Netherlands we charge € 6,95  for shipping, delivery will be the next day. For the following countries Belgium, Germany, France, United Kingdom  the cost of shipping is € 11,95, delivery will be between 1-2 days. For the shipment to the rest of Europe & the world, please do not hesitate to contact us we ship worldwide! So we will make sure to inform you on the exact shipment costs. 

21 days to return
If you are not statisfied with the items you have received, we will do our best by  statisfy your wants and needs by either refund or exchange your items (except sale items), within 21 days from the date of arrival. 

It is important that items are returned new , unused and with the orginal designer tags still attached. We will not accept returns of items if the items have not been treated as instructed by what is written in the garment label. We unfortunately can not accept returns which do not meet our guidelines (see our terms & conditions) and these items will be shipped back to you.  We reserve
the right to deduct ANY loss in value of merchandise from the order value,
before refunds are processed. 

Exchange
To avoid disappointment we advise that you place a new order for any items you wish to exchange for and request a refund for your return, as the items you want may sell out in the time it takes for us to receive your return. We are not able to hold items and cannot guarantee their availability prior to receiving your return.

How to return

  • Please fill in the returns form enclosed with your order  and stick the address label on the parcel.
  • Package your items carefully, with each item in its original perfect paxkage and all labels attached. Shoes should be returned in their orginal undamaged package, as the package is part of the item. Please do not use the shoe box as a protective box to ship the items with.
  • ***Please remember to avoid import duties it is importanat that you label your parcel ‘Returned Unwanted The Netherlands Merchandise’.
  • Kindly note that international customers are responsible for the cost of returns. For some countries we can provide a competitively priced return service. For more information please do not hesitate to contact us.

Further process of your return
Once we have received your items back, we will send you an e-mail within 5 working days to notify & confirm that  your card has been refunded or (exchanged). Please note that items must meet our return policy.

  • The details of your return will also be updated in your account.
  • Please note  that it might take a few more days for your bank to complete the refund, each bank has different processing procedures.
  • For orders paid through Bank Transfer, we are only able to offer a product exchange or refund in store credit.
